How a job works

1. Tell us what you need, in your own words.
2. If anything is unclear, we ask. The rest is our homework.
3. You get a proposal: one recommendation, one price, a date.
4. Approve it or change it.
5. We build it, and check it before it reaches you.
6. You review it. Anything that doesn't match the proposal, we fix free.
7. 30-day follow-up: for 30 days after delivery, we fix anything that doesn't match what you approved. Send problems as you find them. At 30 days, tell us what worked and what you'd want next.
