Spreadsheets

Sheets that add up.

Your numbers, finally telling the truth.

Duplicate rows, broken formulas, columns that don't line up. Send it over, and you get back a clean, consistent sheet you can trust — with formulas that work and a short note on what changed.

PackageWhat you get
BasicClean and format up to 500 rows
StandardUp to 2,000 rows, plus formulas and 1 chart
PremiumUp to 5,000 rows, plus a dashboard or one automation

Every job gets a quote. Tell us what you need, and we send one fixed price before anything starts. No project is too big or too small. Contact us for a quote.

What we fix

  • Duplicates out; dates, names, phones and currency in one format
  • Formulas repaired or written: lookups, totals, pivot tables
  • Filters, conditional formatting, simple charts
  • Repeat tasks automated in Excel or Google Sheets

How we check it

  • We work on a copy and log every change
  • Rows in and rows out are reconciled
  • Columns you protect are compared cell by cell
  • Totals are recalculated and tied back to your data
  • Formula cells are locked against stray edits; unlock any sheet, no password

A worked example

A public crop download arrived as text: numbers with commas, the hay type buried in a long label, six empty columns. The rebuilt workbook answers tons by county and year on one tab. 243 rows in, 243 rows out; 12,384,600 tons in, 12,384,600 out.

Send the spreadsheet (or a copy with fake data), what “done” looks like, and any columns that must not change. Extras: faster delivery and a 30-minute video call, both priced in your quote.

Everything we do revolves around your business.
