Services

One method. Three ways to deliver.

Consulting is the job. Start with a review of how your business runs, or bring us the one thing that's slowing you down. Either way the fix arrives as a spreadsheet, a document or a tool, checked by someone who didn't build it before it reaches you. Every job gets a quote. Tell us what you need, and we send one fixed price before anything starts. No project is too big or too small.

Consulting

Find the knot. Get the plan.

A clear look at how you work.

We want to make sure the systems that your business revolves around don't break. We take one process, document or dataset and follow it end to end: who touches it, what it waits on, where it fails. You get the answer first, then the action list in the order that pays off, with the reasoning behind each step. Then you decide.

Basicwritten review

One process, document or dataset, plus a written action list

Contact us for a quote.
Standardplus one call

One process, document or dataset, a written action list, and one 30-minute call

Contact us for a quote.
Premiumplus two calls

Review across 2–3 areas (workflow, writing, data, decisions), a written action list, templates

What we look at

How the work actually flows, how decisions get made and by whom, how your data is organized, and what your documents ask people to do. Also what the plan assumes, because that is usually where it breaks.

What you get
  • A written action list, most valuable step first
  • Templates where a template saves you time
  • Calls on weekday evenings or weekends, US Eastern time

Delivered as · Spreadsheets

Your numbers, finally telling the truth.

Sheets that add up.

Duplicate rows, broken formulas, columns that don't line up. Send it over, and you get back a clean, consistent sheet you can trust, with formulas that work and a short note on what changed and why. Rows in, rows out, totals tied back. If we can't show it, we don't claim it.

Basic1 revision

Clean and format up to 500 rows

Standard1 revision

Up to 2,000 rows, plus formulas and 1 chart

Premium2 revisions

Up to 5,000 rows, plus a dashboard or one automation

What we fix
  • Duplicates removed; dates, names, phone numbers and currency in one format
  • Formulas repaired or written: lookups, totals, pivot tables
  • Filters, conditional formatting and simple charts
  • Repeat tasks automated in Excel macros or Google Apps Script
How we check it
  • We work on a copy, and log every change line by line
  • Rows in and rows out are reconciled, so nothing goes missing
  • Columns you said must not change are compared cell by cell
  • Totals are recalculated and tied back to your data
What you send

The spreadsheet (or a copy with fake data), what “done” looks like to you, and any columns that must not change.

What you get
  • The rebuilt workbook, with formula cells locked so a stray tap can't break them
  • Unlock any sheet, no password: in Excel, Review › Unprotect Sheet; in Google Sheets, Data › Protect sheets and ranges
  • A short change note
  • Your original, untouched
Extras
  • Faster delivery when you have a deadline
  • A 30-minute video call

Both are priced in your quote.

Delivered as · Documents

The point first. Everything else in its place.

Documents people actually read.

Long emails nobody reads. A policy that causes the same questions every week. We rewrite business documents the way instructions are written for people who have to act on them: the point first, one idea per sentence, a layout you can scan in a hurry. The reader gets it in one pass, and nothing you meant gets lost.

Basic1 revision

Up to 1 page (about 500 words)

Contact us for a quote.
Standard2 revisions

Up to 5 pages

Premium2 revisions

Up to 15 pages (an SOP or handbook), plus a one-page quick reference

Good fits

SOPs, employee handbooks, policies, proposals, client emails, reports, and website “about” and service pages.

How we check it
  • Every number, phone, date, web address and named law is checked against your original: nothing dropped, nothing added
  • Requirement and limit words (“must”, “may”, “in some cases”) keep their strength, line by line
  • Each rule keeps who it covers and when, so it never quietly grows or shrinks
What you send

The document, who reads it, and what the reader must do after reading.

What you get
  • The rewritten document, in your voice, with nothing important dropped
  • A short summary at the top
  • A short change note, so you can see what moved and why
Extras
  • Faster delivery when you have a deadline
  • A 30-minute video call

Both are priced in your quote.

Delivered as · Custom tools

The busywork, done before you get to it.

Tools built for your business.

You pay for software and still copy, paste and retype by hand. We don't replace what you run. We build a working layer beside it: it plugs into the tools you already use, carries your products, wording and rules, and handles the tasks you repeat each week. It drafts; you approve. It grows one piece at a time, as your business does.

Example: each Monday you copy new orders from email into a sheet. A shortcut pulls them in and flags missing fields; you check and approve.

Basic1 revision

Setup and instructions, 1 shortcut, a quick guide

Contact us for a quote.
Standard2 revisions

Setup, 3 shortcuts, a guide written for you

Contact us for a quote.
Premium3 revisions

Setup, 5 shortcuts, 1 automation, a guide, a best-practices sheet, and 30 days of help using your setup, by message

Contact us for a quote.

Every package includes fixes for work that misses the proposal, for 30 days after delivery.

What it can take on

Quotes, client emails, social posts, reports, SOPs, price research, records that update once you approve. If you repeat it every week, it's a candidate.

How we build it
  • Your proposal names each task, the software it runs in, and where you start or approve it
  • We map your steps first: which ones stay yours, and where it asks before acting
  • Each shortcut is tested on your real examples, then checked by someone who didn't build it, before you see it
  • Anything that sends, posts or spends stays a draft until you say yes
What you send

The tools you already use, three tasks you repeat each week, and two or three real examples of each.

Upkeep (optional)

Each month: a check-up, one new or updated shortcut, and fixes as your tools change. Contact us for a quote.

Bigger builds

Full systems (a dashboard, records that sync across your sales channels, alerts on your phone, an operating layer with its own roles, checks and logs) are quoted from a proposal: one recommendation, one price. They run in parallel with what you already have and plug in where it pays.
